When He Goes Missing After Dark!

From one woman to another, sis…

Let’s talk about him—the man who was texting good morning all week, liking all your posts, acting interested, FaceTiming you at lunch… but when the sun goes down, he gets ghostly, weird, or silent. The vibe switches up. He was “all in” when the day was bright, but now it’s dark outside and suddenly he’s busy, unavailable, or talking in riddles.

Can we be real?

If you live with your girl, your wife, your baby mama… just say that.

We’re not slow. We notice patterns. Women don’t need detective degrees—we’ve got intuition. The silence at night, the rushed calls, the missed FaceTimes, the “I fell asleep” texts when you were just online? They all scream one thing: You got somebody.

It’s exhausting dealing with men who want the benefits of single life but the covering of secrecy.

You’re not slick. You’re selfish.

You don’t care who you confuse, as long as your comfort is maintained.

But sis, this is your reminder: His weird behavior isn’t your confusion to solve. It’s his character being revealed.

He’s not complicated. He’s committed—to someone else.

You deserve honesty. And if a man can’t give you the truth when the lights go out, he doesn’t deserve your light during the day.

So the next time he goes quiet when the clock strikes 8 p.m., remember—

You’re not crazy. You’re not asking for too much.

You’re just not entertaining half-availability.

From one queen to another, let’s stop explaining what we’re experiencing and start exiting the rooms that insult our intelligence.

Keep your peace, protect your power, and never forget…

You’re the catch. Period.

With love and clarity,

Amanda Jackson MS.VVS
