I Vow To Choose Me!

Today, I stand boldly and declare a vow not to anyone else—but to myself.
I vow to love myself deeply, with the same passion I once poured into those who couldn’t hold it. I’ve learned that love rooted in Christ starts within, and until I embrace me, I’ll keep searching for someone else to do what only I was created to do.
I vow to never dim my light. God placed something radiant inside of me—something divine and undeniable. Matthew 5:16 reminds me, “Let your light so shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” No more shrinking. No more fitting in. I was born to stand out.
I vow to know my worth. I’m fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Priceless. Chosen. Redeemed. My value isn’t determined by validation, likes, or labels—it’s written in the blood of Jesus.
And I vow to never settle. Not for half-love. Not for potential. Not for what looks good but feels wrong. God has more for me—and I refuse to accept less than I deserve, less than He promised.
Sis, you have the right to choose YOU. Not in arrogance, but in alignment.
Prayer:
Father, help me to walk confidently in the promises You’ve spoken over my life. Strengthen my heart when I’m tempted to go backward or settle for less. Let me love myself the way You love me—fully, freely, and fearlessly.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
