Happy Father’s Day!

To the Men Who Stand Tall in My Life – A Father’s Day Tribute

Today, I want to pause and publicly honor the men who have made an irreplaceable impact on my life and the lives of my children. This Father’s Day is not just about biology—it’s about presence, protection, perseverance, and purpose. So I’m taking this moment to give flowers to the men who have carried the weight, stood in the gap, and showed up—time and time again.

To My Dad

Happy Father’s Day to the first man I ever loved—my Dad. You’ve always been there. Whether I was in need, confused, or simply needed to talk, you never turned me away. Your consistency has been a grounding force in my life. You’ve been that listening ear, that solid shoulder, and that wise counsel. For that and so much more—I say thank you. If I had the world to give, it would be yours. I pray your life is long, your health is strong, and that your days are filled with the peace and love you so freely give. I will always give you your flowers while you can still enjoy them.

To My Brother, Jeremiah “Jero”

Happy Father’s Day, Drill. Life has thrown you curveballs, yet you’ve shown up strong, determined, and intentional. You’ve taken life head-on, never backing down from your responsibilities. People may only see a part of your story, but I see the full picture—and more importantly, I see God working in and through you. Your heart is pure, your loyalty unmatched, and your generosity touches lives far beyond your own family. Keep pressing. Keep believing. And always know, being your sister is one of my greatest honors.

To My Oldest Brother, Pokey

Pokey, you are and always have been the defender of our family. You’ve held that title with pride and have never let us down. I know your sacrifices don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but today I honor you. You’ve been a steady and faithful father to your children and now your grandchildren. You love hard, provide endlessly, and pour into others—especially my own kids—as if they were your own. I see you. I appreciate you. And I love you deeply for all that you do.

To My Cousin, My Brother, My Friend—Devon

Though our bond started through tough circumstances, God knew what He was doing. You’re more than family—you’re my best friend and trusted advisor. I’m so thankful for the relationship we’ve built. Your wisdom, your protection, your ability to pour into me emotionally, and professionally has been a gift I didn’t know I needed. There’s not a single thing I can’t share with you, and that kind of trust is rare. Thank you for always making me feel welcome, safe, and seen. I wish you nothing but continued success in your life, your family, and your marriage.

To My Brother-in-Law, Lou

Lou, I see you. A calm, wise, and steady presence—an incredible husband to my sister, a loving father, and a true spiritual leader. You’re the kind of man who leads not by noise but by presence. You support not just your family but me as well, and even when it may not always be voiced, you are appreciated. You are the pillar of your home. Keep seeking God and trusting His plan—you are becoming everything He created you to be.

To each one of you—Dad, Jero, Pokey, Devon and Lou—you hold a space in my heart that no one else could ever fill. Thank you for being men of character, courage, and compassion. I honor you today and every day. You are loved, you are valued, and you are irreplaceable.

Happy Father’s Day
